Strength and Endurance Class

The goals of the Strength and Endurance Class are to improve an individual's over all muscle fitness, cardiovascular status, quickness and agility. It allows for improvement in overall fitness for beginners and well-fit individuals. Interval training and intensity are the foundation of this class. A variety of training methods are utilized with variety to increase success and to avoid plateau.

The instructor for the class is Debra Prow, M.D. She is a Third Dan Black Belt in Ji Do Kwon Tae Kwon Do. Her Tae Kwon Do training began in 1997 in Houston, TX with Master Mark Giambi and continued in Fort Worth, Texas with Grand Master Won Chik Park and Master Javier Sanchez from 1998 -2007. She has Certification for Coaching Level 1, Referee Certification D-3 and Strength and Endurance Certification.
