Strength and Endurance Club

We offer classes for all fitness levels, novice to experienced in a friendly and fun environment.  New members are welcome and can start anytime.  No need to wait.  Jump right in!

In Level I, we provide fitness training for anyone desiring to improve his or her strength, agility and overall fitness level.  Classes are designed to allow members to advance systematically to meet their fitness goals.  Emphasis is on making achievable, steady progress.   Classes include, for example,  basic to intermediate Cardio Circuit, Plyometric, Weight Training, Kicking and Punching drills.   Periodic Fitness Tests provide objective insight and feedback to our members.

Level II is an advanced training program designed to allow athletes to build on current strengths and increase their overall fitness level.  Overall strength, endurance and fitness are stressed.  Advanced techniques in Plyometrics, Kettle Bells, Cardio, Kicking and Punching are included.  Techniques are employed to enhance and supplement an athletes training regime.

                      Strength and Endurance Club Dues:
  5$ per class or
  35$ per month (all classes included)

Instruction:
The instructor for the Strength and Endurance Club is Debra Prow, M.D. She is a Third Dan Black Belt in Ji Do Kwon Tae Kwon Do. Her Tae Kwon Do training began in 1997 in Houston, TX with Master Mark Giambi and continued in Fort Worth, Texas with Grand Master Won Chik Park and Master Javier Sanchez from 1998 -2007. She has Certification for Coaching Level 1, Referee Certification D-3 and Strength and Endurance Certification.
